SecretMaster-Beginning to feel his body again, he slowly heals. In time, he is much better, and much stronger. He finally gets out of the tub, and heads down a spiral staircase. There is a stone door with two golden dragons painted onto the doors. He graps out a gemstone, and it starts to glow, and the doors open. He walks into the room. The room is very long. There is a red velvet carpet that leads to a statue holding a glass case, and inside the case is a Masumi with strange elvish letters on it. He walks up to it, opens the case and takes the sword.

Verloren ignored the cracks and shuddering that was going on around her as much as she was the screeching of the orb. There seemed to be something in the the center of that cloud. Frowning, she put more of her magic enery in the orb and willed the cloud to come closer...

Alielis said nothing, but waited patiently for Verloren to finish whatever it was she was doing. He kept an eye on his things though, and an eye on the dirty little thief...

a partially visibile form appeared before D.K. He could make out Lady Verloren's face... he then opened his mouth to call out her name when he caught his sensei frowning and shaking his head in the corner of his eye...

"you hold with no kingdoms... You need not refer to her as lady any longer, she is simply verloren and nothing more..."

D.K. gave the Genasi a strange look, un sure of what to emote, this expression suprised his master, who proceeded to rub his chin excessivley. after a while of thought he finally spoke and said "I see what you're problem is, we'll talk about love and relationships when you are ready to train next time... Farewell... Raiden..."

With that the lightening swirls around Dk. began to give way and he felt the ground around him slipping...

With a deafening screech, the cloud within the ball exploded in a clash of lightning. Gasping, Verloren snapped out of her concentration in time for the orb to shatter. Clouds and intangible lightning filled the room, and Verloren cast aside common saftey for her mage curiosity. A figure was standing in the slowly dissipating mist of clouds. She recognized the armour though,
"DK!" she exclaimed, darting forward impulsivley to hug him. She noticed all his wounds were gone, "You're ok!" her brown eyes grew wide, "What happened to you? Why were you in that...ball?"

ic:Khalraan stared at DK, then at Verloren, then to the ground where the shards of the sphere lay.
'wow' was all the young elf could say.
Sliding his fingers along a glowing bookshelf, he came to a dark, black leather book, among all the other brown hides. Pulling the book out, he read the cover,

The Tomb of Dar' Lei

Flipping open the black cover, there was a picture of the sphere, containing clouds, and storms, which seemed to move as the real object had done.
Turning the page, he read aloud the scribing.
'The sphere-like tomb of Dar' Lei holds the spirit of a sorcerer im...imp...prisoned in this tower, left to die by a group of...' Khal stepped over to Verloren, and whispered to her, asking what the next word was, '...fallen monks, who....' '....wished him to use his powers for evil. The sphere holds all of the dead sorcerer's magic, and so any magic used to power the tomb will cause it to...' '....shatter.' Looking pleased with himself, Khal carried on. 'Holding one of the shards of the sphere, and repeating the following words will form it back together.' Khal reached to the floor, and picked up a single shard of the broken sphere, and spoke aloud.
'Tir'ak nor shae caal.'
With a blinding light, the shards of sphere floated into the air, and swirled together, forming the sphere once more, and slotting back into it's stand.
'As Dar' Lei's most powerful magic was...' '....summoning, his tomb will summon forth whatever object, or being is most prominent in the holder's mind.'
Shutting the book, and slipping it into his cloak, Khal turned to look at Verloren, and DK, grinning.

ooc:So I'm a thief who can read, sorta

Alielis looked amused at the boy, and went over, and "took" the book before the boy could pocket it, to read the thing for himself. Satisfied that the whelp had gotten it right, he handed it back, and ruffled the boys hair, "Keep practising, your skills at reading will get better." He addressed the others, "So, what do we do now?" he ignored the newcomer in the armour, and focuses his attention purely on Verloren. It was obvious that she was the real leader of this motely group. Excluding himself, of course.

Verloren released DK and looked thoughtful,
"Well, we need a way out of here, obviously. Any ideas? Something tells me we can't blow our way out."
