Tabius watches the strange man run into the tavern and run back out convering his neck. "... .. ..That was weird.Who was that?He did'nt even stop for a drink." We this Tabius finishes his wine and gets some more.

Out on the roof...
Skye kept an unconscious watch on the thoughts downstairs, watching the stars as they hummed and blurred together. Sensing one specific mind suddenly moving very quickly, she was still surprised when Laisrean appeared out of the blue behind her. Skye sat up with a startled expression, then quickly recovered. "Yes, the moon is especially exquisite tonight," she commented in her normal soft tone of voice. She smiled faintly. "Don't worry about frightening me, I've started to get used to it, after being around vampyres for so long. As for problems..." she paused, searching for the right words. "... Nothing more than my usual mortal woes. You don't have to continue worrying about disturbing me, it does not bother me in the least," she continued, laughing slightly. She lay back down again upon the roof with her arms behind her head, and looked up at the black velvet sky.

Meanwhile, Indoors...
Duo finished draining the remains of her wine. "Ahh, they sure know their wines here," she commented with approval. "I'm not too worried about Skye being bitten. Despite her weak appearance, she can take care of herself quite well. And if Laisrean dared to bite her..." she shook her said slowly. "Then he's a bigger fool then I could have ever imagined possible."

ooc- just a heads up, tmrw.. err, in 10 minutes actually it'll be today, but anywhoo.. I'm leaving at 2am to go to MI for thanksgiving ^^ and i wont be back until sunday. i dont know if ill have access to the internet until then, but ill make an effort to get on somehow. everyone have a nice holiday in the meantime! ^_^

Laisrean grinned. "That's really something, you know that... don't you?" He laughed a little at the thought that all of his days on this realm as a Vampire... Not yet were his empathetic senses as tuned as the Mortal Elfs. "I'm sure you know this already... I worry of what troubles you so." He kneeled at the front edge of the building, watching the few men and women who dared to pass the poorly-lit street this late at night. "It's really up to you if you'd like to tell me, as it is none of my business." He looked back to her for a moment.

"Duo told me that this happens frequently... Surely what thoughts forced you to leave the Tavern were more than 'mortal woes'."

He looked back down to the street, and silently waited... Whether he waited in vain or not.

ic- Skye sat silently for a moment. "You aren't like most vampyres, are you?" she commented. "Despite your difference, it would still be hard for you to understand. Just be glad that you arent as empathetic as I am, it has its faults." She couldn't help shaking her head in dismay and laughing. "Even as a vampyre, Duo talks too much. The only reason why she's not used by elders or anything is because they're probably afraid she'll accidentally blab something. This 'mortal woe' of mine really doesn't happen that frequently... only once and awhile." Skye looked sidelong at Laisrean. "Why are you so concerned and worried about me? Few mortals would act that way towards a total stranger, let alone an immortal with muted emotion." She stopped abruptly. "I'm sorry, I forgot that considering you to have muted emotion is insulting to you. Compared to some vampyres I've met, you aren't like that at all. I take back my rash comment."

Tabius orders one last wine and finishes it. "Thank you for your service.I have to go now.Good bye." Tabius goes and puts on his cloak and leaves the tavern.

she does stopcrying but she is still upset and growing angryer every moment. she walks into the gave yard and sits on a tall rock her tears burn in her eyes she has not cried in ver 4 decades and wonders why it has bothered her now. she craves blood so bad that she can not stand the feeling and needs blood. she can feel her veins begining to dry up and knows that if she doesn't soon she will die.
she weakly walks into the tavern once more and leans in the doorway her eye sight blurry. she watches the room. in a small barely audible voice she says,
i...i need blood.
she slides to the floor and sits there not moving.

Shadow looks down at the vampire laying on the ground, "I know I am probably going to regret this..."

He kneels down next to vampyress and draws one of his daggers, he then uses his dagger to make a cut along his arm just below his shoulder and pours it into a nearby goblet and help her drink it.

"Like other Vampires?" He smiles. "Perhaps I am like them... Perhaps I am not, though, how many of our kind have you really met" He breaks his gaze from the street below and leans back on the roof, his hands locked behind his head. "Does my concern provoke you?" He thinks to himself 'Perhaps you aren't used to sympathy from a 'numb' Vampire."

"I..." He sighed. "Do you know the feeling of solitude? At times so welcoming, your own personal escape... Even if for a moment, to be released from your own personal chains, sitting alone..." Noticing the current setting he grinned, and looked to her. "I suppose you do know the feeling."

He turned his head back toward the sky. "After awhile the bliss of it is gone, you are alone... And that is all. I envy the companionship of you and Duo, someone to travel with, to talk to, to share things with. In solitude you are away from it all, at the time it sounds so... relieving," He pauses. "It catches up to you." He looks to her again for a brief moment, and then turns away once more. "Just this moment has been a release for me, and for that, I thank you." He stands and walks to her. "I suppose these moments come and go, and I am grateful to have shared this particular one with you." With that he bows and smiles. "Seasons and winds come and go, but it is a moment like this that truly lasts forever. Perhaps when you are done thinking, you will join me inside the Tavern." He turns from her, and leaps from the roof to the entrance, he looks back up to the roof and then enters the Tavern once more.

OOC: Whoever said Laisrean was a numb Vampire? ^_^

she feels the warm blood run through her veins. she gasps as she craves more her body waking up slowly.
i need more....
she grabs his wrist and sinks her teeth in drinking quickly. when she is full. she rests him on the ground. seeing he is unconcious she knows that she must do what is right. she feeds just a little of her blood to him. she sits back and looks at him.
soon you will be a vampire of your own. if you so choose you may be trained by me and whacky as we are the clan leaders. at any time you are welcome to ask questions and you are now one of us.
she lifts him easily and carries him to a table and lays him down. slowly moving her hands over his injured arm it begins to glow slowly a red crimson color. the in seconds it is healed. she smiles and takes a seat at the table that he lays on and waits for him to respond.
