I suggest you be more suggestive, as a suggestive clan is out of the suggestion, er I mean question.!

But thanks for the suggestion!

If 2 clans were to interact for a campaign (as in have a war or something), how would it be portraid (as in like which clans threAad would it go in??)

It would go in a seperate, third thread as suggested by Larry.
But I suggest you think up some rules first and suggest them to the other clan to avoid certain situations. It's just a suggestion, I'm not being suggestive by suggesting you have not already suggested your suggestions at an earlier time.

Ok, my suggestion is quite simple: (well i have 2 now)

1. There should be a set of rules not only for Clans to abide by, but for any situation like that which I have described above. These rules would involve consideration for the other clan- IMO it isnt fun to be Killed off by over-powered characters, OR to have such a cxharacter that you can kill anything easily.

and 2. How about we stop the puns with the word 'suggest' and the forms of it ?? It is begining to get Old now, and lose its comedy value. And ofcourse we dont want that to happen to such a funny joke.

*watches as cold water drenches Larry and Legolas*

I suggest we proclaim SookmaCook head of the humour police! We certainly need someone around here keeping track of all the jokes and making sure no one tries to have too much fun

Any new clans that try to start will be locked and a warning post will be posted. There are 14 fully active clans that meet everybody's needs. This has been posted before and I continue to have to repeat it due to new arrivals.
No new clans!

OK, some suggestions!

I have wandered, for the first time, into the Roleplaying forum. I have absolutely no idea whatsoever how or where to start (yeah, I'm being thick).

So some basic instructions as a sticky topic might be an idea.

For example, the questions that enter my mind as I look around are:

1. Can I join in with any of the clan threads I like as long as I am friendly even if I am not a member of the clan? Or will I have my ass booted out by the clan leader?

2. Are any of the role-plays 'by application/invitation only'? What I mean by this is, can I just wander (in character) into someone's RP thread, or are there ones where I can do this OK (bar threads for example) without breaching some RP etiquette of which I am sadly unaware and others where I will get a swift kick up the butt from a DM? Where am I allowed to roam, and where is off-limits in other words.

Perhaps I will be able to find this info somewhere, but it's a bit overwhelming to a RP newbie, especially since some of the stories have been going a while.
