I am pleased to announce that a new game will be available to four Ironwork’s members soon, designed by Mistral and myself. We have been working hard to get a full length story written, color maps drawn, and people created to make a new world of adventure and intrigue. We are in the process of completing the history and design of the game, and hope to release it soon for your enjoyment.

The plan that we have would involve four adventurers who would play in a world where Mistral is to be a game master over certain NPCs and script and I will be the game master over other various NPCs and script. We will be working together to create a truly exciting game, and the adventurers are to find out what is going on. This game will be full of strategies, politics, puzzles, and monsters.

Oh, Sazerac the moderator of Ironworks will be starring in our little game. Ziroc may make a guest appearance as well,,,but as who or what…I cannot tell…(~ insert evil laughter here).

There are rules that must be understood. First, we would like to ask for the four available players to be ones that do not get to play a role on other clan threads. We wanted to provide a place for those that feel left out to make a name for themselves. Due to time and schedules, we would like to use four people that can be online the same days and for the same length of time. More detail on this will be discussed later. We are looking for people that enjoy working out strategies and solving puzzles. People that are interested in the plot that will be laid before them. If you do not know how to lift a sword, we can accommodate you. If you beg us to provide more, harder monsters to slay…I can easily arrange that. This will be a game that anyone can enjoy, whether you are a veteran to games or a novice. Everyone will have fun!

We of course ask that you submit your character for approval into the game. That will be your application. Include a history, please. We are now ready to begin speaking personally to you, and helping you get ready to be in the game. Please post below if you are interested in having fun. We will take it from there.

Larry Woodruff

By the way...this will be a trial game to see if Mistral and I can do this. If it runs well, and everybody has fun in it, we will either continue the adventure or start new ones. So, feedback to us is vital.

Harkoliar, we may be able to work this out somehow... I live in Singapore, and it's not that far from Philippines. Perhaps the timing difference isn't that bad

Yeah. Note that I can stay up as late as I need in the night, and the weekends can be utilized. When we find four players, we can decide what the needs are, and I can accomodate my schedule, easily.

We basically need people to tell us how they enjoy our game, so we can either continue to serve or give up and not waste time on something nobody wants.

If nobody that is not a member of a clan joins, then we will ask for clan members to play. We were hoping to give a chance to people that don't participate in clans first shot at this. But if nobody is interested, then we need the pros to come in and ravish the land.

Larry, I do enjoy reading your roleplaying thread. I'm not asking to join though. It was your roleplaying thread that convinced me to join the Iron Works forum in the first place. I truly enjoy the character interaction and the creativity I've seen. Kudos to you and your companions.
