I got the Mavin & assumed i should go back and see the oracles ; but there's only 1 oracle there now & its one of the silent ones ; the one i need to talk to is missing... so my question is where am i supposed to go or do now that i have the mavin ?

When you come out the back side of the dragon cave there is a path leading down the mountain to the left that takes you to the 3rd town.
