I haven't seen anything in the manual to tell me how to jump, but I know you can do it, so if someone could please tell me what button to push, that would be most appreciated. Thank you.

0 on the number pad. Took me awhile to find that one too. (I keep forgetting to check the keyboard mappings for a game when I play it!!)

Yes you can re-enter keys by settings-keyboard.
