Sorry, but the only pommel jewel is in Irenicus's Dungeon. Its for the artifact the equalizer.

You could download Shadowkeeper and get one that way but SK appears bloody complicated to me and the available help for it sucks.
Depending on how far through the game you've played, it may be easier to reload and start from the dungeon. Or just play without it this time and remember on your next play. Sorry, can't help anymore
