Using shadowkeeper is the only way to get it without going through the underdark, I think it's a +5 or +4 leather armor which gives thieving bonusses, can only be worn by evil characters.

You have to go in Underdark. There's no other way to find it.

But killing it would be what is known as EVIL!!! Don't do it if you have a good party (plus nobody will be able to use it.)

You can use your CLUAconsole to spawn Adalon and kill her.
