Here's my party: I am thinking of taking Korgon into my group.
Me (a high high charisma paladin who keeps the group firmly together)
Minsc
Aeerie
Keldorn
Yoshimo
Jaheira

Problem is Korgan is evil. You seem to have a good/neutral party. So that in itself might cause problems. Furthermore, it depends on who you want to dump for him.

Korgan is an excellent fighter, but
he is evil, and I think he likes to
eat good aligned characters for lunch.
