little problem here, ned help

I dont know if its a bug, but when I leave Mekrath's dungeon, after rescuing Haer'Dalis, my team appears on a balcony in the Bridge district, at the top of the map, next to the exit, but I cant get out of there, it seems I'm stuck and can only go back to Mekrath's dungeon, but thats the only way out, I cant get put to the sewers any more... whats wrong here?

Perhaps you're accidentially going UP the stairs instead of down them?

By the way, how do you open the secret door which is on the right side of the one that goes to Mekrath, in the temple district sewers? I have Gaals key, but I think that was only for the door to do the unseeing eye quest. What about this other door?

That's a door where you get the Hammer of Thunderbolts (a really nice hammer that gets turned into Crom Faeyr). You get the key from Tazok in Umar Hills
