WOOHOO I found the number I was looking for 52!
Jaheira spoke with Dermin for the second time and dissapeared the next morning with Terminsel leaving me a note.

Thanks to all who helped and tried to help, just one more question, when Jaheira asks me to sleep with her, should I say yes or no? Which answer lets the romance go on?

Agreed, unlike Aerie, Jaheira has experience and puts aside whatever hesitations she has truthfully. She knows that either way, the relationship will go on. (Aerie has a doubt, Jaheira doesn't)

What is your current LoveTalk variable? If LoveTalk is greater than 34 and less than 41, then set DerminSpawn to 1. With these, he should now talk to Jaheira (Dermin isn't really interested in anyone else). When he leaves you can then set DerminAppear to 0 to have him show back up again quickly.

Also, try going to the Sorcerer's Place and downloading the Romancing Guide. It should answer any further questions you might have about all the BG2 romances.
