now here is the new stats:

the weapon is a staff, it acts as +3 weapon, and the dude is still imprisoned inside.

however, 20% chance cast O'Keuzis Banshing whenever the wielder's HP goes below 20% once per day. the spell removes all negative effect, and everything else is the same

the staff can attempt to command any enemy it touches. which the target must make a save vs spell at +3 or be dominated

5% chance drain one enemy spell, and the wielder will be able to cast this spell for the next 24 hours
