Was your gaming problem the cache Idahoorin? You never replied back.
If you're careful you don't need to get that license, just don't cast magic spells in the open while in the city. Cleric spells are fine and casting indoors is fine. But check out the price in the govt. district anyway. It's where The.Relic said it is - on your map. |
