. . . . . . . . Edwin is found during the quest for Renal Bloodscalp. Renal wants you to find proof of Mae'var's treachery. Edwin is on the 3rd floor of Mae'var's guildhall. I'm not sure if he'll join you before you do the quest. |

for me - edwin has gone to the nine hells because he got permenantly crushed by firkraag, for you he can be found like zenith said and yes, you do get him by helping Maevar do some tasks afterwards.
