the gaunlets are in planer shpere the scroll on black dragon. Don'r know the rest good luck!

The +3 warhammer can be found in the mini-Mind Flayer level below the temple district, you'll need the key from Tazok to open the locked door though.

It's on the Northern part of the sewers, where you meet a bunch of thugs....... the left side is the level where you have to rescue Hare'Dalis (spelling??) and on the right side you have the mini-mind flayer level. They are basically two hidden doors.
