Man, i used the 2 scrolls of magic protection, which you can buy at adventures shop. Now iwould really need one against Kangaxx, but i dont find anyone to buy in the whole Town. Could sb tell me a soultion? I dont find another way to kill Kangaxx without protection from his deadly magic for my low level chars....

Create some using CLUAConsole. Or if you're not a cheater then try casting spell immunity abjuration for to protect him from imprisoning you. You are talking about the second form right? Because the first one can be killed just like any other normal lich.
And if you can't kill liches then just try to waste their magic on monster summonings before the coup de grace. |

You can use a Protection from Undead scroll as well, it will make him ignore you.
