i got the scroll from the shadow dragon that tells you how to make crom faeyr, but where do you get all these ingredients from??

You get the gauntlets from the planar sphere, the warhammer from the illithid lair in the temple district sewers, and the girdle from the kuo toa dungeon in the underdark, which is in chapter five.
