Jan Janssen (which btw is a very common Dutch name meaning Jan son of Jan ) is a gnome illusionist/thief whose comments are universally (or at least by most people on the board) thought the funniest in the game . He has pretty decent thief and mage skills and would be a nice addition to your party.
You can find him selling turnips in the Government district (somewhat below the fountain). |

Hes in the big city, i think in the town hall restrict, somewhere in that park on center of the map. Youll find him, hes little and has clothes like a clown
