Ok, Ive installed the official patch. Prior to that I had the XP cap remover and the unofficial rules fix installed. Im wondering if the patch overrides these and weather I need to reinstall them. Does anyone know?

AFAIK the patch doesn't do anything to the Rulesfix or the Cap remover. It does some funny things to the L50 rules pack by Drizzt Elite though...lost most of my memory slots for spells and had to put them back in using SK.
