ok after i bring her back the eggs is there any chance i get where i can kill her or does the chapter automatically end? oh ya and whats that blood you get wen u kill the silver dragon?

the blood is for the skin tunic you get from the Skinner Murderer quest in the bridge discrict supposedly makes some freshass armor

I never got to kill it. When I had returned the eggs it vanished somewhere and I never found it again. I would like to kill it though, but if I do, how do you get out of the underdark then?

If I remember correctly chromatic (i.e. metallic colors: gold, silver) dragons are good and non-chromatic (i.e. red, black, shadow) dragons are evil.
