Dammit! I just made level 21 but i didn't recieve extra spell slots and no lowering in saving throws like i should have!?!?! Is there a work-around?? A rules fix? A character editor capable of giving me what is rightfully my?

don't know for sure. but in icewind dale level 20 is the max you can go. maybe this game is the same since it uses the same engine?
