Could somebody tell me what it means if you have a magic resistance of 100 and a red bit at the end please?

A red bit at the end of stats means you have something reducing whatever it is. (like when you wear Nebdar, you get a red end to your SEN) I don't know of anything that reduces resistance, though. Wrap-around shows as red, but that usually shows as a low number.
