How about the Muramasa?(spelling?). I would definately put that as better than the Bushido blade.

There is the ivory blade too, not too hard to make.
Slightly less critical hits compared to Fang, but alot more damage done. Your choice. Regardign the zatochi bo its tempting to get the samurai to use it, but by taht stage his sword skill is normally far greater than staff, so i give it to my monk.

Muramasa comes just after Light for me, on the Best Swords list, and is MUCH easier to get.

i just gave the Bushido blade to my Sam, took bloodlust away and got 2 crit kills in the next fight, think I'll stick with that for a while!
Got the Bushido blade after squishing Raven Rapax didn't have to reload.
