I don't remember seeing this topic but I just received the level 3 pass from sgt. balbreck and he said to find sgt. rupple. I can't find him any where. Can any one help?

I went into the upper caves but I still can't find the sgt.rupple(may be spelled wrong). Also how do I fix the train console thing?

He should be, where there is the machine with the broken wires. If that is what you want to fix, you have to reconnect the wires in a certain combination.

Yah, Rubble is inside the first door that opens once you fix the machine. Reconnect the wires in the back of the card reader.

you have to get the trainer fixed first to open the doors - then you will find the sgt..

make sure your game is patched as I think there was a loosing Sgt. Rubble bug some where
