I think you give it to the priest in Arnika, but it's been awhile and I don't remember exactly.

if you give it to braffit in arnika, he comments on it and tells you to go to the door in the monestry that opens with the round key.

No, thats the fellowship pass. The tattered note is from the starved rapax in lower monastary.

No, you can give braffit the tattered note. I was thinking about giving it to al-sedexus, but i always forget to.

So who do you give the note to if not braffit? I don't even know if I have it anymore, I got it like a couple months ago.

I keep forgetting, too, but maybe you can click it on the guy outside the Templar part of the castle. You don't really get into conversation mode with him where you could use the "Give" option, but maybe you can click it on him. Just an idea. Maybe Antone, Ferro, the guy you get the Staff of Ash for or the Mage RPC???
Giving to Al-Sedexus would be perfect, but we are always too busy killing her (or other activities) to worry about any dumb note. Does she immediately turn red (and I don't mean blushing) if you visit her in her temple even before leaving the Rapax areas? Is this different if you don't kill her before in her temple before becomming a Templar? It's not a matter of them taking it, probably all of them will do so and say "thanks," but will any of them give you experience or additional comments? In my first couple games, i tried giving everything unusual to everyone, and now i don't remember about some of these things (it's been since the game first came out) but i do recall that nobody gives you any XP for the note, and Burz will take it as an opening to offer you info for money, but nothing that Braffit doesn't say. I don't think anything unusual happens if you give it to any of the talkable Rapax, or i'd probly have remembered...but i'm not sure.
