I have yet to find a use for the paper reading "4" or "7"( dropped by trang ), the fellowship pass ( found in monastery ), or the sacred tomb ( tynton tree ). Also is there any use for the lower level umpani security cards ( 1 , 2 , 3 ,4 ) after you have recieved the level 5 or the all acess card, and is there any use for the damaged black box?

The papers reading "4", etc will be tell you the code for a combination lock door in LMB.

Give the fellowship pass to Braffit in Arnika.

The sacred tomb is just a clue for the seventh bough.

I have not found a need for the lower level security cards once I have a higher one. I just store them in a chest.

The damaged black box just lets you know that an undamaged black box can be read with the reader in the Arnika spaceport.

The thing I don't like is with custom items. You can get Hogar tusks, Modai claws etc. etc. but you can only (usually) get one of the other items needed for custom equipment...kinda dumb. One Chain, 1 Ebon Gem... etc.

Braffit will tell you about the Wheel key. Which you may already have.

You may not remember, bowman, but you needed the Level One pass for Seargant Rubble to let you into the obstacle course, the Level Two Pass to get out of the obstacle course, the Level 3 pass to get into Gigas (or to get stuff from Kunar, don't remember). Typically they are only needed once, and if you have a real or fake higher level pass earlier, are not needed at all, but that is not the normal sequence.

Sure, but there are many items, like keys that are gone after they are no longer needed. Like when entering the obsticle course is the only time you need the level one card, as you recieve the level 2 at the end of it. Also the papers reading " 4 " and "7" etc, in lower martins bluff. I just went through it again and only recieved papers reading "4" this time, about 8 of them, so how could this have anything to do with the door code?

There are three types of papers, reading x--, -y- and --z. One you get from the dead t'rang in upper martens bluff (search mode required IIRC), the common one as a random (?) drop from various T'Rang, and the third one from z'ant.
