Browsing around www.mindflay.com I came across a sword called the InstaKiller, 1-20 damage and is usable only by fairies, which is okay, but it also has +10 for initiative!
Now, could someone please tell me if I could grab this gem anywhere in the game (perhaps in the hidden dungeons?), or if it is sadly another one of those novelty never-implemented weapons like the Pineapple Grenade?

Those things appeared in Wiz. 7.
The Instakiller is probably a drop from high level sprites. GD |
