Neutral with Higardi

Hi!

I just left the He'Li and found out that all Patrols in the Arnika are neutral. Maybe I did to much Pickpocket/Charm to He'Li somehow. Does anyone know in what way a neutral status with the Higardi will affect the game, or if I can somehow get friendly with them again? Unfortunately the last Savegame I have is veeery old, so I would like to continue with the actual game.

Higardi faction wont affect the game at all. Unless you want to do all your shopping and selling and stuff in Arnika. Then you will have to fight higardi all the time but thats no big deal. I'm pretty sure that you cannot fix a faction with any monster group once you are neutral to them. You can only do that with single NPCs like merchants. At least I've never found a way to do it but I have been known to be wrong.

Since I'm only neutral with them, they don't attack me on sight. And the merchants are still friendly towards me. However, if I talk to a patrol, they attack me.

you may have accidentally hit a Patrol in combat who then died later. This can turn them yellow. Better than (accidentally?) killing one; then they turn red.

could this have anything to do with taking the chaos morali from the mook? a good while later in the game He'Li accosted me and said she now knew i had stolen from the mook and that although she wasn't too upset she said the HLL were pretty pissed with me (and at the same time gave me a potion of tincture of shadows) . but then when i went outside all the HLL guys were still green and helping out in the fights with the wnadering savant goons. what was all that about?

Nope. I am pretty sure it is because I pickpocketed the merchants to often. If I failed, I did not reload, but instead charmed/talked them into being my friends again. The merchants are still green, but the Higardi faction is neutral towards me and all Guards are yellow now. However, if it really does not influence the game, I will not reload my old savegame. I have spend way to much time between it and my actual savegame. And since the merchants are still friendly, It doesn't matter anyway...

Yea like I said Higardi faction only stands with the higardi in Arnika, it shouldnt do anything to hinder your game. But if something arises and you cant get past it dont forget to let us know [img]tongue.gif[/img]
