Chests near Ferro

How do I get to the chests in the Rapax Castle
located near Ferro? The game says I have to get
to them from the Upper level.

*SPOILERS* I'm doing that quest right now. I'm pretty sure you have to find the King's Slip and deposit it in the metal tubing that runs up and down in his chambers, past the door that says "King's Treasury'. I used the Queen's slip and it got me her key, so I'm guessing the King's (when I get it) will unlock a door going down or something but I don't know for sure yet.

You can't get into the treasure room itself, but you can get your hands on other deposit slips (three in all), that will help you loot the chests.

Actually there is 4 in all. There's is one in the Queen's room (Queen Slip) and 3 in the Constable's safe. That's all I've found so far and was looking for maybe a king's slip, but no such luck.

Thanks. I usually play late at night half awake/asleep.
But now I do remember noticing that there was one chest
open. I just didn't make the connection. DUH. Oh well.
