Ninjas....to or not to

Hell All,
I've always liked ninjas and was wondering if in the game if they are a good class to have,and on this topic is better to dual wield weapons or go with the martial arts.I've read on the board rangers out class them in criticals but thats alright to me.I guess the ninja class has been toned from wiz 7(i never played it)and just was wondering if it was a cool class to take as im still trying to make my party for the 5th time lol.I do love the ninjas though just need some more info on them.Thanks in advance,

well, i can tell you one little thing.
i have a monk, and i love her to death, but we are getting totally cheesed off because it seems like every cool peice of armor or weapon turns out to be..... you guessed it.... ninja only! LOL.

so at least you could have that to look forward to!

ps: can i ask you something? are you testing out all the different classes? or trying to find the ultimate party? just curious. i don't have that kinda patience at all. ::smiles:: more power to you!

Hey thanks for answering,no im just trying to go through and get a comfortable party together,when i first got the game i read the manual(or should i say bible..lol)and the more i play i learn like theres so much to this game i got my party going now and i aint starting over the only it lacks is priest but im gonna try and get by with potions and camping till i hit the 5 th level mark.My party consists of:
Human Fighter
Human Lord
Hobbit Ninja
Human Ranger
Human Mage
Human Bard

oh wow! your team sounds great!

i haven't tried an elite class. i'm unfamiliar with them, so they intimidate me a tad. lol. but i hear that the lord is a really great class, as long as you're patient (but i think you have to be patient with all of them) [img]graemlins/happyteeth.gif[/img]

yup, once you get to Lvl 5, those spells kick in for the other classes. i'm approaching lvl 9/10 for most of my party, and i have kinda saved up spell points for my ranger. i'm really chomping at the bit, because i'm such a creature of the moment. however, i breathe deep and chant my mantra: 2 Portals, Summon Ellie, Resurrection and Death Cloud [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

does your hobbit ninja get more restrictions with armor, than if he were, say, an elf ninja? or are those peices one-size-fits-all?
