I just got the Helm of serenity, and then tooled my way over to see the Don about the Astral Dominae. He's got it, but he wants like 90K for the thing! Can I just kill him and take it? Or do I not need it right now anyway?
Oh, where should I go after this? I'm at an impasse....

He is killable.
 Check your journal for any undone quests you may have yet. If you are all done with the quests you have obtained (I still haven't figured out how to make an alliance with the Mook), I can't say for sure what to do next because I am playing a hari-cari game and have been everywhere but where I am supossed to have been lol! Someone with experience beyond your point in the game will be along to advise you though, I am sure.

Yes, you can kill him and he gives somethink like 60k xp, but he is VERY strong when you come to trynton the first time. Also you can wait until the end of the game and buy it them, since you do not really need it at that point. And money if no problem when you are close to end

There should be a locked door right near the beginning of the ratkin tree. Use yer key. There will be a board on the floor inside that says "knowledge". click on it (might have to click twice, not sure). Walk over it. Gravity should kick in right about now. [img]tongue.gif[/img] |

You can kill the ratkin Don without any consequences. I am in the Rapax castle slowly moving towards Ascension peak. (I just have to explore almost everything.) So far the only "mission" I have seen with the Don is getting the Astral Dominae. When I finally went back for it, I had more than enough money. He is a tough fight a low levels but a push over at higher levels. If this is your first time in Trynton be prepared for one helluva fight.
