I'm playing the demo, in the monastary, surrounded by slimes and spiders. I want to just run away, like I could in Might & Magic, but I can't. I put the game in "continuous" mode, but I seem to have to wait for every darn monster to move or attack before I can try to move. It's driving me crazy! Any commentary?

The Read-Me file says that the dove icon ends combat and returns to real time adventuring mode. However it is only available when you are in combat and there are no hostile monsters nearby.
Maybe the walk option might get you backed off enough for it to be effective, but since they are only slimes and spiders, I'd go ahead and break out with a cherry bomb and fireball or magic missle spells. ![]() |

Thank you. I'll try it.
