hmm... maybe I'll see if there's interest in a white wolf RP in that forum... Vampires, Werewolves, Hunters, Sorcerors, other Fera (only ones I wouldn't allow is the weresharks), no Mages however, I haven't read up on them enough to allow them in a game, and used by someone creative they can be seriously unbalanced...

heheh. I'm just like that. Despite its downsides, the film was a lot better then several other films I've seen; and getting it on DVD - well, just another one for my collection - and something for friends to see when they come over. lol. Besides, the DVD verison is bound to have a lot more stuff on it - or at least, it'd better have. (I like watching the extra features on a DVD - especially if they include commentry by the actors, or how they made the film, or deleted scenes).

</font>
LOL, my thoughts exactly. Can we say non-sequiter?

I liked it okay. I only went for Kate Beckinsdale, so I got more than I bargained for. (She needed less in the garment dept. though.) Blade 1 sucked so much I didn't watch blade 2. I like this movie just fine.

Am I the only one who noticed that the annoying brat Michael isn't going to be the only "new breed" out there and that the new one may be an elder? If they make a sequel, that is.

</font>
Yes, I saw that, and I found it strange. Unless the elder is a descendant of what's his name, he should not survive...

He was. they said at one point something like 'one of his decendants is only a few feet to your left'. so marcus (i think was his name) would have turned due to the blood.

i liked this film even though loads of people seems to dislike it. you can just *tell* there will be a sequil

Well, they *said* they did; but then, everyone's been lying to everyone else. As with Victor to thingy. So, I suppose they'll just come up with some excuse - like they "supposed" they needed a "pure" human, only to find out they don't really. Besides, there has to be an all new "bad guy" for the next film.

That alone, I feel, made this a worthwhile movie.

I'm glad that these two opposing forces were balanced enough that one didn't reign supreme over the other. An example would be with that one lycan from the beginning attacking the vampire with the silver whips. The vampires were more powerful with their weapons, and the lycans with their were-transformation.

I might get it when it comes out on DVD as well.
