I'll connect those doors to the inside of the inn now, so you can atleast use the door incase this happens again.. how weird! Cool that you are the first to ever be up there though

HAHAHA...yes, stuck! But it was kinda cool, too, Z! The view really was spectacular!

I loved the next to the last screenshot I did up there, it has a nice romantic feel. Heroine looking out over the harbor on a misty morning, her trusty, grouchy sidekick standing by...... LOL! Cover material for any good crpg! LOL

Hehe...but it also reminded me of those old 'widows walks' up in New England, where wives of ship's captains or sailors would stand on the little balconies (called widow's walks by some people) and look out to sea, hoping to see the sails of the ship their loved one was in.

Poor Winterberry only had Cookie and Blueberry Cobbler and they were with her! LOL Of course, I WAS waiting for my husband to finish loading the hak so we can play today.... so I guess it fits the old heroine/wife waiting for a loved one, after all! LOL!

In any event, it was kinda cool, Z! Maybe you should name the area 'Widow's rooftop' or something. LOL Add a little wrought iron railing for authenticity and you've got a bit of old New England in Waterdeep!

Oh and COOL about the door working...now I'll have to go and find out where it comes from on the inside!

I managed to get stuck on a rooftop before as well. That was, of course, before the new additions to Waterdeep's Docking District. I believe I sent those pictures off to Ziroc some time ago, so they may eventually show up in the screenshots section. It was interesting, as I managed to walk up a shadow and onto a rooftop corner piece relatively close to Gerfuril's Weapon Shop. Strange, indeed.

Aside from that, those are some very nice screenshots you have there. What resolution did you have your screen at, however? They would have made excellent wallpaper images if they had been at a larger resolution. Oh well, such is my way of thinking, I surmise. In any case, I do hope to see you and your husband online one day next weekend and game with the pair of you.

The screenshots were saved in the gif format to save bandwidth, Moz, dear. I can't afford to put up multiple 4meg shots- the draw on my bandwidth would be too high, not to mention the slow load times for IW'ers looking at things with dial up.

Glad you're enjoying the EfU experience so much! Hubby has been waiting a long time to have the free time to play and he and I will be doing just that as soon as we get a chance. Got to check out the beautiful scenery, hilarious 'easter eggs' and great monsters and dungeons that Z's put so much work into. [img]graemlins/ladyhearts.gif[/img]

Oops, I did it again!

But this time it was Clarice who got to check out the lovely view from the top of the Yawning Portal!

Um, Z, dear? About that working door..... LOLOLOL! It seems my ladies are prone to taking walks on that roof! Must be the romantic streak in them. That or they just like the night air in Waterdeep and the roof is pretty darned safe! LOL!

An actual ladder wouldn't be hard to do there, and it could be a one way, just in case thing.

Edit for grammar...

Ziroc you know that looped music you get in the tavern, could we have it changed to Lionel Ritche singing "dancing on the ceiling" and make it Clouds theme tune

BTW You can now use those doors to enter and exit the Inn. (Each floor has an exit now).
