I just bought NWN Platinum, installed everything and decided to try Undermountain for my first online game.

I created a character and following instructions asked Durnan to level me up to 7. I didn't know he also gave you 100000 gp as well as experience.

I only had my starting gear when a group asked me to join them to go down to the third or fourth level. I got separated from the party in the Secret Passage and was ambushed by slimes and spiders. I had no blunt weapons to attack with; only my greatsword which gave the message "weapon ineffective" all the time. Dying and respawning constantly I called for help. Finally the mage came back and rescued me.

Can you picture a hefty half-orc fighter cowering behind a mage smiting slimes with her quarterstaff?

I makes me chuckle just thinking of it.

It would be a bit hard for Narwen to clean up that since the poo is probably bigger than her!
