Henchamn Inventory?

When I try to access my henchmans INV, i get "you cant access this INV" message. Whats up with that? Red Tiger wants new boots!!

No, you can't access the older henchman's inven.

Unfortunately the Henchman Inventory mix can't be applied retroactively to the original NWN campaign.
