Port Llast Mines

How can I get into the Port Llast mines? Where is the key?

You can't get in until you find all 4 of the convicts' ears and return them to the mayor of port llast.

Actually when you return the FOURTH ear, the mayor will tell you the location of the fifth convict. He will send you off on a dual-purpose quest which will lead you to the mines.

Where do I find the mayor? I've played through Chapter 2 twice and never found him.

You find the mayor where all the henchmen are(and Aribeth and Aarin too)

Now the problem is that I've already almost played all the way through chapter 2 and I don't want to re-explore every screen for hours looking for these convicts. I did find Zor, but where exactly are the others? (Want a spoiler)
