Even though it said you could in one of the loading screens in BG2 you cant do it

1. Create character.
2. DebugMode 1 --> Tab list of abilities and things to change 3. GiveXP to bump levels. 4. Give"ability score" points. 5. dm_givegold 100000000000000 A more complete list of command line parameters is found on page 171 of the manual.
