Do they have the subclasses like Archer, Stalker, Priest of Lathander etc. in Nerverwinter Nights. And is the game worth buying.

Character kits are now called "prestige classes" and are not included with the normal game, however someone can use the toolset to create a prestige class. the game does have different variations similar to kits like archer for rangers where you can let the game recommend a certain way to set up your starting skills giving your character some of the powers of the kit.
