Is it wise to install the latest patch? I have read somwhere that the patch get the game to be "unstabile" so have any of you get any problems with that?

the patch seems only to fix multiplayer problem but not single player so I didn't bother downloading it.

The Patch does fix other problems as well (other than multiplayer)

Ok i take down the patch anyway i bacup my saves and load it in and let`s se what happend!
