I was totally unable to play the game with a GeForce 2 (MX 200)with 32 MB. Adding RAM didn't help (I now have 256). I think it has to be at least GeForce 3 with 64 MB. Hey, we have the two Lady Z'son the same thread.

The voodoo banshee is whats going to cause the most problems with your system. I think NWN defaults to 32 bit colour depth and all voodoo cards prior to the 4/5 series could only render in 16 bit, although that's probably what the compatability mode for textures is. Still, I wouldn't recommend playing such as graphically intensive game such as NWN on that card. 128 MB ram is fine, your processor is borderline, but with the game on "fast" setting for world detail and in a suitable resolution it sould be fine. Apart from the graphics, I've got a similar system, that was close to the minimum spec:

PIII 450 O/C @ 567 MHz
256 MB RAM
32 MB GF2 GTS

I run the detail at the "good" setting using the 32MB textures at a resolution on 1024x768x32@85Hz and it runs fine, even in intense battles, so I think the recommended system specs are a little OTT. The good performance is probably due to my GFX card not my processor, so I don't think a 64MB GF3 is absolutely necessary.

3 metres to my right there is a 32Mb geforce 2 - problem is it dosent like my motherboards AGP slot. When I say I need a complete overhaul I mean it.

This would be an easier choice to make if there was a real-time demo out - but I can only see movies which tell me nothing about true performance.
