I just started playing BG and its pretty cool but am having problems with disc 2. Wanted to see if anybody else experienced this. Try to get to friendly arm inn section and i get message that media has been removed from cd drive, insert disc 2, but doesnt seem to be reading disc 2. Would appreciate any suggestions.

I have been haveing tons of problems with disk 2, not only that, Im trying to get into the last leveal of the catacombs and it keeps locking up at the autosave screen, that or it gives me an asseration file error, I have had tons of problems with this game. not really sure what's goin on. It also locks up on me when I try to get into the toubs of what ever it is when those guys dig it up just sout west of bargoust

I have heard of a problem that occured when the autosave was used too much, usually if you used the Auto-save key...not when the game did it for you in scene changes. I never had that problem though. I did have a problem with disk two, and the techs. At Interplay told me to send in my disk two, for replacement, if I wished, but I decided not to. I just downloaded the patch, and suffered through it until I was able to leave disk two behind. That does not help you much,does it...I guess I am only posting so that my body-guard Ertai will show up and answer your question. He is good...

Hmm i heard a call in my head and i came here Larry !!!

I don't have any problems with disc2 but disc4 sounds like it's gonna blow my computer to pieces when I place it in the drive, but it's still readable. It just sucks that the game didn't come in jewel case.

yeha, it really sucks that they put the cd's in a carboard holder, I QUICKLY took them out of that and put them in my own cd case, my 2nd disk as already suffered because of it, lol, but it was messing up befor it got a little brillowed.
