Does anyone know what use the toad potion is? I don't know what it does. |

You are supposed to give the potion to the toad named Mekdawa who walks around down by Nymph Lake. The potion is given to you by Onabe the priest as a part of a quest given to you by the temple guild. Return to the temple with your priest guild member character once you have given the potion to Mekdawa to receive your reward.
