Ok I know this might be stupid but how do I find the graveyard. I found the 3-4 grave stones that has a chest there but nothing else there.

Eh... dragon arrow or samurai baton? The baton is found in an area just E of the outside of Shurugeon castle. The Samurai Spirit thing that you need to kill, who then drops the baton, will only appear once you have the quest to become a Samurai initiated.
