I have killed the 'Boogre Witch'( She fired first it was self defence )and the Bartender. Is it possible to complete the prison and turn myself back?

Yep. Get her eye from the podium in the closet in her room, go all the way back across to the western part of the prison, and look for an orbistal on the wall. Use the Eye on the Orbistal. Get ready, for there's Jungle Lilies just below when the portal opens. After they're dead, descend into the lower area. Find the Idol of Aku and touch it, and watch what happens.

It is possible that you killed a "Boogre Witch"- there are many randomly running around the Boogre Dungeon. The one you need to kill for the Eye is S'Keser Da and that is her "title". She is usually asleep when you find her, in her bedroom. You need to go through the "weird rooms" to get to her.

You also need Grunaxe's ring to give to Pris' Kiela (sp). She, in turn will open the way to S'Keser Da's room. You will find it on his corpse in a small room beyond the Pit.
