Stuck on signet of Mavin. Have spoken to Nivius about everything, asked "What oath", etc, etc
Take oath and can't find the ring. Can't move rotted corpse, no ring, no nothing. Is there a glitch in my game? Help |

In my game, I believe it was on the right side of the corpse, somewhere towards the knee area. I had a hard time finding it my first time through as well.

If I remember rightly the ring should be next to he's corpse, move your curser slowly over hes corpse remeber its only small and easily missed so go slow untill you find it.

You might also try casting Spirit Eye spell, Works like a charm in many ways.

OK, Have tried both of those tricks. With the spirit eye I do see two white dots in the vicinity of the corpse but it's not enough to do more than say it's somewhere in there. I have also tried going over every square millimeter of the corpse. Can't seem to move the corpse at all. Can't burn it up. Can't do anything with it. Does anyone remember where the ring is found, near the head, near the feet, near the arms, in a different room? Thanks

Finally figured out the Mavin ring thing. Thanks all. It is unfortunately not sufficient to ask "What Oath?" and then swear. You have to get him to talk about everything, then once you go back and swear the ring is in plain view off to the right side of the corpse. Can't miss it.
