I play one character & role ascend a lot. Much faster than I can rise in guild rank.
Am I going to lose out on special advanced training later on? If I have already been a Paladin and later on I rise in guild rank so that special training in available for Paladins, does that mean I can't get it because I have moved on to something else? I will probably only have Ninja & ZenMaster left shortly after I finish Shurenjen (Spelling) Ruins. But obviously, I will still be lower in guild rank. Am I really going to lose out on all that advanced training because I already moved through all those other roles? Or does Zen Master allow you to learn everything? Please help!!!! |

Forget about becoming ZenMaster for a while yet. And you need to do at least one more dungeon before you can become Assassin.
And yes, if you weren't warrior guild level 5 before leaving Paladin, you won't be able to gain the trait Crusade, but then again experience doesn't seem to be a problem anyway. There are only a few traits that are specific for one class: crusade for paladin, fletchery for ranger, ironlung for bard, enlightenment for zen master are the ones I know of. All other traits and skills are available to several classes, though not to all (e.g. warlocks may not learn sword). So you can pick them up later. |

I found a "Ring of Neptune" that gave one of my never going to be a bard characters the Ironlung Trait when I equipped & invoked it!
How cool was that?! (The ring still keeps its other properties after being invoked too, a plus to AC I think.) ; ) Moni |

A bard with Iron Lungs? How cool is that!
A non bard with Iron lungs? Extremely dangerous combination, highly unstable. I recommend handling with caution. A permament Silence spell is the only known cure. FYI moni - the stats for the Ring of Neptune are: protection form paralysis: 50% , hit +2, regeneration +1 |

The manual says of Ironlung: "The character consumes air 50% slower when swimming underwater"
HE (the non-bard with ironlung) can swim like a fish compared to everyone else now. : ) So far, so good! Moni |
