Most Likely this is a bug--Shar teel

It has hapened twice now but it usually hapens after i sleep and it is darkout Shar Teel just leaves the party and I have to reload. I dont want her to like walk out during the final battle but so far it only happened in Larswood and The wood of Sharp Teeth.

Shar-Teel is evil and therefore will leave the party if you reach reputation of 19 or 20.

If that's the case, you can kill an innocent or Flaming Fist soldier for 10 rep loss. If that's too much for you you can simply go in a house (with people in it) and start stealing. When they notice you, they'll call soldiers. Talk to them and you'll lose 1 rep point.

If your reputation is already lower than 19, there shouldn't be a reason why she leaves the group. If you don't have a patch installed you can do so Here

Explain the problem further: does she just disappear, or she leaves through dialog, or she unjoins without explanation?

She leaves through dialogue much like if you were to kick her out but my population is 20 so is there any other fighters i can get to replace her, i already killed and removed both minsc and Khalid can i raise them or find them again even if there dead and out of my party? Or are there any other good fighters i can get.(Im trying to take my time in this game so i only have beaten nashkel and I am in Ulcaster and a Member of the Chill or whatever.)

Take a swing by the Ankheg farm map, or if you can wait until Chapter 4 there's a nice cleric/tank waiting for you in there.

But a worse fighter, I had to add. Multiclass plus worse str. plus restricted proficiency. Better Con than Shar - Teel though.

Your population is 20? Thats not a party, thats an army

Anyway, all you have to do is lose two points of reputation. Some light murder or thievery should do the trick, or you could use GateKeeper. Does anyone know if theres a BG1 equivalent of the BG2 happy group scripts?.

Yes, if you want to keep her just lower your reputation. I remembered another way to lower your rep, but it's actually a slight spoiler:
*You just finished Nashkel mines, so you should soon meet Viconia. She can join you, and when she does, your rep will go down 2 points.*

If you would also like to take some other fighter in your group, you can find one in Beregost. Maybe you already met him. It's a dwarf named Kagain and you'll find him in one of the houses.

My brother, you don't see the what the problem is? His reputation is 20, so Kagain would leave soon as well.
