Ok, everytime you leave a town or village, you need to reload all of your character's magic spells. Is there anyway around this, can you make a default that always loads the same. This takes way to long to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your observation is correct, there is no solution unfortunately. I only bother reloading Illuminate and spirit eye if it is dark.
