Shrew Chisi????

Where is the shrew chisi of the black hand. Is he in the dragon spire, my priest needs to kill him for a quest.

If boogre cave is in the clearing to the north of (let's call it boogre lake), then the Shrew is in the small clearing on the NW side of the lake.
